How do I open my downloaded storybook package on an iPhone or iPad?
When your download finishes in Safari, tap the blue arrow in the address bar and select 'Downloads'. Tap the downloaded ZIP file, and iOS Files app will automatically unpack it into a folder containing your DRM-free PDF, EPUB, and audio narration. You can tap the EPUB to read in Apple Books, or open the PDF in any viewer.
What should I do if my GCash payment takes longer than 30 minutes to verify?
During our operating hours (8:00 AM – 10:00 PM PHT), GCash receipt verification normally takes 15–30 minutes. If you submitted outside these hours, your order will be verified first thing at 8:00 AM. If you need priority assistance, simply email your order number and screenshot to support@storynest.com and our on-call admin will expedite it immediately.
What printer settings do you recommend for worksheets and coloring sheets?
All our worksheets are rendered in high-contrast vector lines formatted for standard 8.5" × 11" (Letter) and A4 paper. In your print dialog, select Scale to Fit (100%) and standard black-and-white grayscale for tracing activities, or high-quality color for storybook spreads.
How many times can I re-download my purchased items?
Each book package includes 10 downloads across all your devices. Once downloaded, the files are yours to keep forever without expiration. If you ever switch devices or exhaust your download attempts, send us a quick message with your order number and we will happily reset your download counter free of charge.
